We've had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Wynn recently on two real estate transactions. One was FSBO and the other was through a Realtor. Both went smooth as silk! His Assistant, Jean, is a dream to work with. She is so prompt in her communication and will find the answer to any question, if she doesn't know it. She made sure things kept moving, to ensure everything stayed on track. She also kept good communication with our Realtor, who was just as impressed with their office. Mr. Wynn is very professional, explaining everything in detail, yet so easy to talk to and a great sense of humor. Jean is also very friendly and compassionate. I'm so glad I read reviews and called their office!

I use the Winn Law Firm for all residential and commercial property closings. Friendly staff , ample parking, with easy access to the highway. Clear and precise paper work. They are on time for appointments. Makes the whole process easier to deal with. I will use them in the future.

Just closed on the selling of our house with this law firm. The entire process was very disorganized from begining to end. Our closing was delayed two days because of a missing document and we were not informed of the appointment being canceled until less than an hour to closing time. Then we were not given a new appointment time until another day later. The night before our new closing time at around 9 pm we were notified that they packaged the documents wrong so there was a possibility that the closing was going to be rescheduled again and they did not assure us that closing was still going to go through until the morning of closing. While we were in the waiting room it was filled with anti evolution items but also had model dinosaurs in there as well which was very confusing. Once it was finally time to close, the entire process was disorganized and very slow. They seemed like nice people but too slow and disorganized to be handling important documents and large sums of money.
