William H. Rhodes

I hired William H. Rhodes to help me with my divorce and child custody issues. Unfortunately, I had a negative experience. Despite paying for his services, I felt like little progress was made on my case. I never received an invoice or anything of that nature. Communication was lacking, and it seemed as though my concerns were not taken seriously. I had hoped for more proactive and effective legal representation. I hired Mr.Rhodes for a probate appeal. He has been wonderful. Quick to respond to any of my questions and concerns. He is a man that truly cares about his clients. I am the defendant in this case and he's been very understanding. He always explains things as I say in English so I understand. We're not finished yet but I highly recommend him.

I leased a building from Ingles corporate over on Asheville Highway and Springfield. That building flooded three times while I had patients in the building! As a chiropractor and a professional making sure the office is the safest and healthiest environment for my patient's is paramount. 3 inches of mud water from one end into the other was a nightmare! Each time it flooded I had to shut down my office for several days while Service Master would do the best they could, but the office smelled bad all the time. They removed the base boards and never replaced them for over six months. I could not get Ingles to move or fix the problem even though they promised several times to do so. I even bought and built a sand bag barrier around the building. Finally after the third flood I called Bill Rhodes. He was awesome! He listened to what I had to say got all the details he needed and immediately called Ingles corporate and within a matter of a week Ingles corporate officers were at my door with a new planner to design my new office! If that wasn't great enough he got me $250,000 for the new build out and a bigger space almost twice the square footage locked in at the same lease price for the next nine years! We've been in the new office now since January 2018 and my practice has exploded. We love our new space and especially the comfort and assurance that we will never flood again. Thank you Bill Rhodes for doing an excellent job of representing Upper Cervical Chiropractic of Spartanburg and myself (Dr. Baker)!!!
