I can not stress enough how no one should use this law firm the only law firm that will win your case then not send the paper work over to the DMV and adsap office so that your license can be reissued instead they tell you after you beat the case that hope we don't have to meet again and forget to say hey I'm going to email you something to take to the DMV and forestry center for behavioral health. Would have been good to know that mr tally cause now I'm dealing with DMV and forestry for behavioral health with no help from tally law firm shocker. Now my license is suspended and can't get back and forth to work cause they won't let me get a license. Way to go so called lawyer. Too bad I can't put a zero star review. And if this law firm wanted to help there clients he would see this and try to help my situation. But I doubt that will happen. So for anyone looking for a lawyer steer clean of this firm and also I've talked to two judges and two state officers and have been told that he was supposed to send all paperwork to the DMV and Forester center for drug and behavioral health not me the client. That's the lawyers responsibility not the client. That's what we pay you for. So thanks for beating the cause but not sending the paper work over and now I have to deal with it 2 years later.

If you're looking for an empathetic, personable human being to represent you... go somewhere else. During my time as a client for another attorney at the firm, I had a brief interaction with Scott Talley. Getting in contact with anyone at the firm was difficult to put it lightly. After months of no updates on my case, I finally emailed Scott to see if he could assist me. His name is on the sign out front. I assumed he would at least hear my concerns and address the issues going on in his office. Instead, he was entirely dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. I was already feeling helpless, and he sealed the deal. If you are going to spend thousands of dollars, spend it on a law firm that actually cares about their clients. Trust me, there are plenty.

We were very happy to have Mr. Talley as our attorney. We had some complicated family issues and we weren't sure how to proceed. We spoke with several other attorneys and they couldn't help us. Mr. Talley knew exactly what we needed to do and he helped us through the entire process. Everything was resolved in our favor and we have Mr. Talley to thank for that. He's very competent and very professional. This was apparent to us when we first spoke with him and it also shows when he addresses the court. You can see that he has the respect of the judges. We highly recommend Mr. Talley and would use him again without hesitation.

Very very unprofessional law firm. After setting up an appointment and speaking with Scott Talley we were informed to bring in documentation and was told that he would take our case and follow up with us. Well to make a long story short I never heard back him after dropping our case he even though I called a left several voicemail for a follow up. Due to me not being informed i continued making appointments with the chiropractor that he referred me to. Had I'd known that he was going to drop my case I would've stopped going to the chiropractor he referred me to that ripped me off and over charged me and went to the one I preferred. Do not deal with this law firm unless you want someone to handle your case that is very very unprofessional.

Selling my house, the buyer chose Talley Law Firm. The people were all nice and prompt. But, the attorney & title search company were INCOMPETENT. The new deed didn't include any mention of the deeded access road, without which the property would be landlocked. I caught the error & had to insist it be corrected. Otherwise, the buyer would have been screwed when later selling the property or getting a loan. When discussing the road, the attorney continually referred to the deeded road as an easement, even after being corrected numerous times and having to explain to the buyers the difference between the two. Why the attorney, title company and lender didn't realize that the property would have been landlocked is a shock to me. Oddly though, the attorney did include one easement on the deed. It was for access to the far side of the neighboring property given by his neighbor beyond that property. It did not relate to our transaction and I had it removed from the deed. I'd suggest finding ANYONE ELSE for your property sale. It is the attorney's job to watch the details and to protect their clients. He totally failed in this case.
