Jim Spears Attorney at Law

Crook!! My dad was suppose to get $80,000. Jim kept pushing it back pushing it back. My daddy was dying from stage 4 heart failure. My dad tried SO hard to get the money that was his, because he knew he was dying and he wanted my mom to be set with some money. But Jim kept pushing it back, always needing more paperwork, more signatures, etc. after my dad passed, Jim said it was fraud to move forward with it and closed the case. All my dad wanted was what was owed to him, and he never even got it. It's like Jim doesn't fight for people? And I've heard several others say this. Would not recommend.

Jim is a good guy who will take the time to talk with you and work on your problems. I have had lawyers in the past who you would never talk with. It is not like that with Jim. He is the only lawyer in his office and he deals with you personally.

Think he's a pretty good lawyer, He tells ya like it really is ,Very down too earth, Haven't been too court with him yet, but I think if I did he would do a GREAT job !!!

Mr Spears helped me to go before a judge and get disability whenever I applied to get it. He has been a very good friend to me.

I asked him to help me with a bill that I did not owe a company that did service for my company he charged me as much as the bill was to make a single phone call
