Mr. Yates was very personable, and professional. He was also patient, and listened to my concerns. He's very knowledgeable of the ins and outs of SSDI. He and his team worked hard to get an approval of my claim within months, especially since it took SSA 2yrs and 2 months to deny my initial claim.
