She is personable and caring for my (our) clients and gets a cash deal done in 2 weeks, that is a record in Horry County. I highly recommend her. But call ahead, the GOOD ones are always busy. I worked with Reagan and her team on both the sale and purchase of my condo in the Myrtle Beach area. Both went off without a problem in spite of my living out of the area and not being able to attend either closing. I have now sold that condo and buying another and sure enough will be using Reagan for both. Never a problem, no issues and have always had timely responses to my questions. Horrible experience. Ashe Law Firm was referred to us by our broker and we thought which attorney closed our new investment made little difference. First mistake. We understand that all closings are subject to delays and unusual situations but my wife and I were left to resolve many issues or track down info/documents on our own. One excuse after another and extremely poor communication from Ashe. The worst part by far was how Ms. Ashe spoke to us. Ashe was very rude, arrogant, refused to answer questions and spoke to us in a tone she should have been embarrassed using and all but hung up. I strongly encourage anyone seeking a closing attorney to check the reviews on Ashe Law Firm and believe what is written. Closing attorneys do make a difference. The joy of a lifelong dream of beach property ownership was almost ruined by selecting the wrong closing attorney. If you are an expert and regularly buy/sell property, there are many more professional choices. If you are a novice, new to the purchase process and need a little guidance, Ashe is the wrong choice.

NOT professional at all to me. In fact, as the Realtor who recommended her to clients, she was horrible. I was trying to get a Pest Report for my client, asked several times. She called up and read me a new one, even told me the closing date was delayed a week. I told her that is not how the contract reads at all. Called the next week asked for a signing time for my client. She spoke rudely, quoted some garbage, would not even let me speak and hung up. I called back said, "oops we got disconnected," she said, "no I hung up." Again rude and unprofessional. I finally closed my transaction. As an eXp Realtor, my company requires an email of commission chk and ALTA. Got ALTA no copy of chk. I called at 5:00. They told me their office policy doesn't allow them to email commission check copies. Yup I ran down and got it! I Will not use her again or refer her. She has a horrible attitude, unprofessional to me in all aspects of the word. Too many good lawyers out there. Bye Ms. REAGAN. IM NOT THE ONLY REALTOR THAT FEELS THIS WAY!
