Cannot overstate how incredible this firm is. Obviously you never want to be in a position where litigation is needed and I'd hope we never need these services again. If we should, however, I would not hesitate to contact Matt King. He's not how you would think of an attorney as being. He was compassionate and took a case that dozens of firms told me they couldn't take. He was our last hope and he delivered us justice. The staff was so kind, friendly, and compassionate. You get what you pay for. I could explain the entire experience I had, but it would be a book worth as this was over 2 years in the making. I will never use this lawfirm again, from switching lawyers without telling me for months and months, to me consistently telling them to gather certain evidence which they ignored my requests about 8 times, then said "they were ignored" later, to telling me they couldn't work on the case better because "they were under staffed," to saying they had the evidence I emailed them more than once about, then they "couldn't find it" when it mattered most, to lying to my face and saying my case was worth about 20 times more than it ended up being, to telling me not to settle without them when I easily could have settled and done MUCH better than what I got stuck with. That's right, I was told not to negotiate with the other party by this lawfirm, and it turned out my negotiating without them would have gotten me a much better outcome! They refused to work with a pre settlement loan company even though they have no right to say no to it, instead didn't care one bit that I was staring at eviction issues. This lawfirm, in my opinion, is bottom of the barrel, and would avoid them at all costs. They cost me tens of thousands and I ended up not getting justice as a result. Steer clear.
