We were warned when Paul was recommended to us that he does not communicate until there is something to talk about. And that is true. He does not give daily updates. When he does call, he takes the time he needs with us. He isn't rushing off. He is going through his due diligence and listening. He has been working on a case for us for the past 6 months (during which our child was born) and him and his paralegals have done phenomenal work, and he has done great work in the courtroom. We couldn't be more pleased with him, and we will definitely refer and use him into the future.

Paul & his team have delivered exceptional service to our situation and has gotten us favorable results every step of the way. Court is where he shines, and he has backups for backups for backups...however, he seems to rarely need them because he can accurately predict how a case will be handled by the state and the opposition because he has the experience. I can see two complaints, cost and communication. Communication ; Paul is stuck in court litigating for his clients without phone or messaging availability frequently. For my own circumstance, it dragged on for 4 hours instead of the estimated 1 due to delays by the court itself. Use the clio portal messaging system and communicate with his paralegal. This ensures good documentation and quick responses. We have had no issues by doing this. Be respectful of their time and it may even benefit your billing. Cost ; There are many things in life you can cheap out on, your attorney should not be one of them unless you genuinely don't care what happens. If you want favorable results, choose this firm.

We had a horrible time with the insurance company of someone who rear ended one of our work vans. There was even problems with the body shop we used. So many things were mishandled and procedures ignored by the other parties. We turned it over to the Ferrara Law Firm and they kept on it much to the dismay of the insurance company who was trying to get out of paying. Between Covid back ups in the courts and the insurance company dragging their feet in every way, shape or form they could from beginning to payout, it did take while. We may not have been in good hands with the other party's insurance, but we were with the Ferrara Law Firm. They didn't give up. All calls, texts and emails were returned. They got us a settlement that was more than we hoped to be able to get back in our pockets and more. Thank you to Paul Ferrara and his team! They really helped us out! It may not have been a huge case to them, but it was to us and they never treated us as anything less than a million dollar client!
