Keith Bolus is an embarrassment in court. Don't hire him unless you want someone very confused who doesn't know what he's doing. Wish I could give 0 stars.

If I could give them a 0 star rating, I would. When I first arrived, the receptionist didn't notice me. She was playing on her phone. I waited a good 15+ minutes before going up to her window and having to say "Excuse me ma'am" multiple times to get her attention because she had headphones in. The reason I sat down was because there was a sign on the receptionist window saying to take a seat and she would call you when ready. I had an expensive speeding ticket with 6 points that I needed help getting taken care of. When I sat with Keith Bolus, I thought ok, he seems like he knows what he is doing. They had me pay up front before anything was done (which I agreed to, but now that everything is said and done, I honestly wish I didn't). He told me I would hear something in a couple of months and not to worry. A couple of months went by and I heard NOTHING. So I emailed him, never got a response. So I called and the receptionist informed me a pre-trial was happening in a week or less and asked me if I got my things done. I asked her what things. She informed me I was supposed to complete a defensive drivers course and do community work. ....I had no idea. She said: he emailed you about it. I informed her I never received his email and double checked while she was on the phone with me. She read to me the email he sent it to. It was the WRONG email. And guess what, before I left the day I met him, he had me write down my name, phone number, AND email address. So I decided to write to the email he used because she gave it to me. I got an email has bounced notification immediately. So that just shows he did not care enough to call me or double check the email since a bounce notification was sent about it being an invalid email. But it only gets better. He got the time of me having to get the pre trial requirements done extended "since I haven't done it yet" -more like you didn't do your due diligence and call to make sure I received your email of what needed done, since I never got your email. He is near impossible to get ahold of. I email him, call him, and even texted his personal cell. Not once did he ever reply. And his receptionist would keep saying "he's not in" or "he's with a client". One time she said oh he's in his office, then realized it was me and said he was unavailable. I showed up at his office and she told me he wasn't there. Then they finally got me a referral for the community work and informed me they sent in the paperwork, but I need to call the solicitors office to get community work options. I called and they tried looking me up in the system and informed me they never received a referral for me. I told my lawyer and his receptionist this (I ended up mainly working with her, but supposedly everything was passed onto him) and they sent me the paperwork to fax to the Solicitor's Office. I thought that was lazy. When I called the Solicitor's Office to figure out how to send it to them, they were shocked my lawyer would pass that onto me and that's what they should be doing because that's what I pay them for... well I decided to personally take the referral to the Solicitor's Office because I did not have a fax machine handy for them to inform me I'm not even eligible for their program because I am being charged with 6 points and it can't be more than 4 points and my lawyer should know this and they should have contacted the Sheriff who gave me the ticket.. I was speechless because I just drove downtown (45 minutes one way) only to find all that out. But I won't continue with this story because obviously it just goes on and on. So please, please, please, take your money elsewhere!

I've always loved working with Tommy and his brother Keith, but I dealt with Tommy more and will miss him and his funny sense of humor! This is an awesome law firm to do business with!

If you want a lawyer that really cares about your case; this office is the way to go!
