I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Scott Umstead and his entire staff!! We bought a home in the Myrtle Beach SC area and our realtor recommended we use Scott for our closing. That was among the top recommendations I have ever received! From the beginning to the day of closing my husband & I were informed & walked through every step! Never did we feel lost or frustrated during the process! On the day of closing everything was incredibly organized and smooth. We were even given typed, detailed instructions on how and in what order, to change our drivers licenses, registrations and applying for legal residence. This was beyond helpful!! Truly, Scott and his staff are amazing! Should we ever need an attorney I wouldn't consider call anyone else!

Scott and team are great, we have used them several times now and are always pleased with the experience. Scott does an amazing job going over all the documents so you understand, but also keeps the process moving along. While the entire team is amazing. The real rockstar that we can not shout enough praise for is Jenn. She is super responsive and dedicated to getting everything done and ready to go. She is always quick with an answer, and if she doesn't know it she will find it out for you. So grateful for the entire team and can not express how much I would recommend this team.

It was a pleasure working with Scott and Ashley. They were so helpful, patient and kind. Being new to the area, Scott explained everything in detail and gave us helpful tips that will help us adjust to our new surroundings. Ashley helped us through the daunting technical pre-closing paperwork with nothing but patience (for a couple of out of state tech challenged seniors) and kindness.
