Palmetto Wellness & Injury Center of Myrtle Beach

I have been struggling with a neck injury. After insurance change I decided to try and chiropractor. I am very glad I chose palmetto wellness and injury. Dr. Edward's is so friendly and was able to provide some relief. I walked out feeling like a new person.

Staff very sweet, clean office, no waiting Dr was just awesome she cared for all my needs made me feel so comfortable. I will be back!!! After going back it was as fantastic that Dr. Smith has it going on!!

I was really impressed with my first visit. From the moment I called to make an appointment with Amber, to going in... the staff is so nice. The Dr has a great bedside manner, thorough in his exam, & gentle hands. I'm so grateful I found them. Located in a great area that's easy to find. They accept Medicaid without charging an exam fee, whereas I called one place & they wanted $75. Very clean office as well...

Amber was amazing getting me in my appointments-worked with my schedule, setting up treatments, and taking care of my schedule the doctor has required. Dr. Evan's has been the best doctor I could have asked for by far. When I first walked in the office I was in alot of pain and now my back no longer feels like a board. I recommend Palmetto Wellness to everyone! They are a great team here and look out for your well being.

On my first visit, I automatically fell in love with this practice. The front desk staff was wonderful and accommodating. I came here for vertigo but am getting so much more like nutritional advice, and a plan to get off some of my meds. My doctor is open and honest and is not hurrying up to get you out of the door to get to his next patient. This is the only chiropractic practice that deals with vertigo so I am so happy I that I really didn't have a choice.
