Called in to get some information and whoever was on the phone kept asking me questions only a lawyer could answer, and when I stated " That's the whole reason I'm calling to speak with an attorney is to get these questions answered" and she would just tell me "well I'm not a lawyer, we don't handle civil litigation, so you should try calling the sheriffs department" -- CIVIL LITIGATION IS ONE OF THE SERVICES OFFERED ON THEIR WEBSITE BY THE WAY. I will be reporting this location to the state bar for misleading and unethical practices. It is beyond unprofessional to speak to someone the way I was spoken to. The front desk/phone representative, who does not practice in law, should not be asking me questions that are FOR the lawyer that practices in that area to answer.

I would not recommend. Quick to cut you off while talking and refuses to address you properly and respectfully. Instead likes to call you boy instead of call you by your name. Short tempered and doesn't take the time to hear out his clients.
