Johnnie and his staff are great people..Love the man but I didnt receive what I deserve

Not a good criminal layer firm. The layer will sit on their phone while sending you in to talk to law enforcement, not knowing anything they are asking and how you're responding to their questions. A good lawyer will be right there with you.

Not for a commercial drivers license. Sure for $6000 dollars they will get you a marginal reduction in the traffic violation charge, however it will still render your CDL Class A license unusable. No request for information from the state was ever made to refute the charges.

My husband has a CDL and got some tickets four years ago in South Carolina. He doesn't remember who recommended them but he was told that they were good. We live in Florida and I immediately hired them to help us with this case. So much time passed and we thought the case was over. Sure enough we received a call from The Gardener Firm that the case was still open after so much time. They stated that the officer was playing hard ball and that we may be going to jury trial. Mr. Kevin Etheridge told us that he would do everything in his power to get the case dismissed but he also gave us the worst case scenario. Well we received a call and from the office that the case was dismissed. Needless to say we are elated. Mr. Kevin did his thing and the case was dismissed. I highly recommend this firm if you should ever need a great attorney. Not to mention the attorney gave us his personal cell and told us to contact him at anytime. Thank you so much for your help with our case!!!

I'm very disappointed with Johnny!!! I was referred to him by a friend of mine and this was the worst experience I ever had!!! No phone calls for updates no letters about my case!!! He lied to me!!! Plus He got an attitude with me about my med pat from my own insurance company smh!!! He has been prolonging my case since June 2021!!!! Never again!!!!
