I had a hard time trusting morgan and Morgan due to many changes with attorneys & poor communication. I lost hope! Case Manager Maddie Landerman reached out and ensure me that she would work on my case and get it taken care of! She made sure to communicate with me every step of the way by phone, text and email. We are now at the end and I cannot thank her enough for all she has done! Thank you Maddie dearly!

Lauren is very professional and just a great person over all shes answered all our questions and really helped us through this process from the start. I would recommend her or Morgan and Morgan to anyone needing a lawyer.

They do not care about people. It is cut and dried. If they can win your case with doing little to nothing they accept it. If it requires work then it's hands off. I wish the actual ones who do the misleading commercials could oversee how cases are thrown out they might change their public announcement because it is very misleading. He got angry at having to use a less expensive lawyer but he would be outraged if he knew how people were skipped over, told to go to someone else or were just blatantly treated with disrespect.

I called to hire an attorney and AS SOON as I was asked "What kind of case I was calling about", and I replied "This is a Service Dog issue" I was IMMEDIATELY hung up on with no call back to say sorry, we were disconnected, no nothing! I served this country for 15 yrs, gladly deployed 3 separate times for everyone in this state/country, become "medically disabled" and forced to retire and allowed to take home with me the dog that served on active duty with me/us just to be deliberately hung up on upon hearing the words Service Dog! ...Morgan&Morgan...For the People...certainly not the ones who put their life on the line for the Morgan family and/or who have fought and bled for this country! Very easy to work with explains things in great detail and very transparent. They were very professional and kind. The intake representative kept an even tone, and remained professional while showing empathy.
