I initially had concerns about the lack of communication with my case, but I truly appreciate that the Marc Brown Law Firm took ownership and made things right. They acknowledged the issue, apologized, and followed through to ensure everything was handled properly. My case ended smoothly, and I'm thankful for how they rectified the situation. After Gabe left I've been completely unsatisfied. I don't know what's going on with my case with a trucking company , the paralegal did a horrible job updating me, I never talked to Lee Dixion who my lawyer was supposed to be after Gabe, I've been given the run around, the paralegal was suppose to hand my paper work to somebody else 2 or 3 months ago and everything seems like it's at a dead end and I haven't talked with anybody. Seems like they don't care anymore.
