Fiance was involved with a MACK TRUCK. As he turned to come home making a left turn signaling, this DRIVER OF MACK TRUCK, decides to pass him on a double yellow line, with also a curve ahead. Mack truck was going to fast, an decided to pass him . End result MACK driver slams into him turning my fiance's truck in a 180* turn. Severe damages to his vehicle. Police give him a 6 pt ticket as he admitted he tried to pass. All injured left by abulance, our truck had to be towed. MACK DRIVER, gets to drive off after the accident. It's been 2 years, an will be 3 years in a few months. Waiting on paperwork to be mailed. Still nothing in 1 month. Just returned my call, apologized that he had forgotten an was busy. He's filed it with the court. I'm just hoping everything goes well, for it to take this long. Had mentioned before about certain insurances are hard to sue. (Allstate, progressive, the general, an liberty mutual) which the other driver does not have either of those companies. It's through a different one. He once again asked my address from me, when I feel would of been more professional to look in the case file. So we shall see how this goes, and the 30 day wait from the courts decision. Just very concerned, as this Mack driver has hit someone else.
