Highly recommend Tim if you need a lawyer FOR ANYTHING. Tim is a class-act and really goes above and beyond to get your case resolved. Whether it be for traffic, petty crimes, DUI, or even a misdemeanor, Tim is your one stop shop. He handled my traffic ticket for speeding and my misdemeanor for disorderly contact which was complete bologna. The reason I recommend him is because he genuinely cares about you and your case. A lot of lawyers look at you as a $ sign or another number. He actually takes the time to get to know you and provides the ample time needed to get the best resolution for your case. He might not be THE CHEAPEST but remember this "You get what you pay for". In my research, among all the lawyers I contacted Tim's was among the most reasonable for my cases i needed help with. I did find 1 or 2 cheaper but they just didn't show that same empathy and confidence that Tim showed. If you want the BEST CHANCE to get your case dismissed or expunged Tim is your go to guy. If it's possible then he's the guy that's going to do it. I am confident in saying that. Thanks as always Tim.

Honestly cannot be happier and more impressed with the job Tim did with my case involving my son. A level of authenticity and work ethic that is near non existent in the world today in any profession. There were several occasions where hour long conversations on the phone were spent discussing my case and just how we were processing the gross injustice we were receiving. There was no point where I received a sales pitch or an attempt to just accept it because he didnt want to deal with it. Never passed off to a secretary or anyone. An enormous amount of prep work and attention to detail was clearly evident at every step of the case and trial. WHICH WE WON. I genuinely have a renewed faith in people, especially attorneys since Ive received such poor performance in previous, unrelated instances.
