We contacted Robert Going through my wife's legal benefit program through the hospital. Our original Living Trust from 2005 needed to be updated so we contacted Robert Going through the program. We originally had a review call set for September 30th that I had to move back 30 minutes, after speaking with Robert, he said 11am on October 1st would be perfect. At 11:10 I called his office because we had not heard from him, soon after I sent him an e-mail because he suggests e-mail is better than telephone? None the less, he said he would call us shortly which ended up being around 11:15, no big deal. My wife had him on speaker phone we were prepared to discuss next steps in updating our living trust. He said todays call was to say hello and that we needed to send him our existing Trust documents. My wife said that she sent them to him for his review the 1st week of September. He snarly replied insinuating that my wife (kindest person you would ever meet) was being rude and that is now how he works. I won't get into the arrogant e-mail that he sent me speaking as if he sat upon a throne, in the end, whatever agreement the hospital has for his services was not worth his time? Maybe he signed up for the program when he needed business, and now he operates on his terms? Not sure, but I would play close attention and beware as you consider their legal services!
