Very disappointed. I have done 4 closings with this firm. 3 were purchases/mortgages and one was a sale. Service has progressively gone down. Last closing took 2.5 hours because of errors in the paperwork and still had to get a check mailed back because they applied a wire fee that didn't occur. Even when my realtor asked about it the attorney said that's what we would have charged if we sent a wire. But you did charge it and didn't wire the settlement money. Also are now charging a 'satisfaction fee'. Wasn't even my closing but they billed me. When asked about it I got the brush off and said well you need to speak to Bradley Richardson himself about that. That's like the assumed 20% tip and the server does a horrible job. Was looking for someone to redo my Trust/Will. Guess I need to find a new firm.

This experience turned a nightmare day into an amazing experience. How? One word... Brad. We were closing and drove 14 hours with approval to close which ended up not the case. Our lender screwed up royally and Brad not only got on the phone with them to remediate the situation, but took time out of his day to close with us on time when he was booked. He's sympathetic, professional, personable, fair and a great personality. If it was not for Brad, I don't think we would have closed on time, and had such a positive experience in the end. I understand the importance of customer service, process flows and flexibility and WOW did this office deliver. Brad, thank you for today. We appreciate you and your staff and all the work you have done. Roy and I so grateful for your time and patience today.

Everyone there is very polite and professional. They were able to answer my questions in terms that I could understand. If I called and left a message, they would promptly return my call. At closing, they were prepared and appeared to have everything in order. At this point, I would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying real estate.

They struck gold getting Phillip Kellogg. Always a fun, while informative, closing.

I have had several closings with Brad's office. His staff is very organized and responds quickly to me when I have reached out to them. Brad is always thorough and patient when my clients have had questions. He has also called and email me back about a transaction or legal questions. I have also had closings at his Powdersville office, have had the same pleasant experience. Danny and the staff there have the same work ethic and are great to work with.
