Warwick Debt Collection Lawyer- Wallick and Associates

He's a debt collector, so of course we don't like him. BUT I have found that as long as you remain in contact, keep your word, and make payments...he WILL work with you. My one star is because his building is M-F and closes at 5. He also doesn't have a portal for electronic payments. Which would create a significant difference in MY debt. I would have this already paid off if I could go online. But I have to write a check and mail it or drop it off. Which is extremely inconvenient and quite annoying.

Unpleasant interaction trying to learn if they could help me and I should work with them. Very short and rude.

It's 2025, what company doesn't accept electronic forms of payment? Ones that try to create avenues to pursue further litigation and billing. Scabs and ambulance chasing types.

I just made a phone call to tell the lawyer that my dad had sent in a money order for the last two months of his payments but only wrote his name on the outside of the envelope with no address to send to. All I wanted to do was call and give him a heads up About what had happened and that we are waiting for a money order inquiry. The first woman who came on the phone was very nice and respectful but the second Mark Wallick got on the phone I tried explaining the situation to him in a normal respectful tone and he cut me off mid sentence saying "I DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING" in a nasty tone and I responded "well if you let me finish explaining then I can tell you what happened" I proceeded to finish explaining what had happened with the money order payment and he responds " WELL YOU DIDN'T SAY THAT" .... so I respond of course I didn't yet because you didn't let me finish speaking. He finished the call abruptly by saying "I'll just leave a note that the payment will come later this month, bye". Needless to say this was a terrible experience and all I was trying to do was make a simple phone call for my parents who are elderly and don't speak English and this guy had the nerve to be this unprofessional. I would DEF. Not recommend him just by judging by his personality alone. Not worth it. He sounds negative and toxic. Bad experience. I feel bad for the secretary cuz she was very nice.

Marc is a good lawyer. He has helped us a great deal. I highly recommend his services.
