Would NOT recommend- The lack of communication on all sides and professionalism is astounding. I can't even put it into words myself because I'm in shock at the incompetence level. Also NO ONE can ever answer your questions, emails, or phone calls. Also when my mom went to pick up the check the dog there was barking and growling at her. Not sure why there's a dog in the first place.

Germani's closing team was very responsive. We were able to close in less than 30 days! The attorney was so pleasant and funny. I couldn't have been happier to pick Germani Title & Closing.

Steve and his team have done 2 real estate closings with me in the past 12 months. The first was complex due to a difficult seller we had to deal with. Steve navigated the process brilliantly and worked out the terms in our favor each step of the way. The second closing this past week was also complex due to issues with multiple offers and working through the process to get the best offer agreed to and approved was a challenge. Steve took charge of the situation every time issues came up, making both us and the buyers very happy. His team is amazing with the document work, responding timely and always looking out for our best interest. I highly recommend Steve and his team, you could not find better hands to be in for real estate transactions.

These people don't even go over their own contract. I did a closing stating the seller had to an assessment in full. A year later I receive a bill because it was not paid in full. Germani basically washed their hands from it and said I would need to hire a lawyer to pursue payment from the seller. To my understanding he was my lawyer at the time and should had made sure that assessment was paid in full before the closing. He didn't care he already had his payment.

Germani handled a closing I was involved with, and I found him to be very unprofessional and cocky. Despite that, the closing went fine. Another issue came up after the fact where he agreed he would represent me. After a couple conversations, he stopped communicating with me. He ignored phone calls and emails. It may have turned out he realized I didn't have a case (despite the fact he said I did), but that is not the point. He never had the courtesy to contact me to let me know. Frustrating how certain people act as if they are above others!
