Everybody is having the same experience I am having. The legal assistant is nothing other than rude, ignorant and says she can't give certain advice on the phone because she's not the attorney however she tries acting like the attorney on the phone. This entire firm is crooked. No wonder people have negative reviews on this place. What a joke. I tried getting information on how I go about paying my judgement and all I got was "well you just pay it and thats it" I feel like its unbeknownst to them that you can make a payment plan towards this... To top it off i reached out over 2 years ago for a settlement offer and it took them up until i sent a "friendly" email 2 weeks ago to get a phone call and getting badgered by the legal assistant on the phone telling me its my fault and that I had all this time to do something and even though I reached out 2 years ago she defends the client by saying they just didn't respond until now and they dont want to settle.... 1 week before I have to turn in a form so my wages don't get garnished HOW CONVEINENT ......

I've been working with this office to resolve an outstanding debt, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. I have been on multiple calls trying to get this resolved promptly.
Most recently, after submitting documentation and an asset form that was described to me as urgent-- on 11/10--I received no confirmation via email or phone. I followed up on 11/27, only to be told they never received my email. While on the call, I resent the email, and it was finally acknowledged. However, throughout my interactions, I felt like the people who are supporting this case have been snappy and unkind.
When I expressed my concerns about being treated poorly and receiving misinformation by one legal assistant, I was met with defensiveness rather than an apology for my experience. The woman I was on the call with then shifted her tone and stated they didn't "appreciate" me singling out her colleague and claimed it was documented "the other way around." I was baffled by the defensiveness, and it seemed culturally this firm operates this way.
Throughout calls with this firm, I have been anxious, asking questions for clarification and to ensure I had the correct expectations, as I want to resolve this issue quickly. However, I've consistently been dismissed, treated rudely, and felt forced to change my tone to be firmer to ensure I'm given accurate information and can move things along.
I was further told that defendants need to be accountable for following up on their cases, which felt dismissive given their lack of communication. The experience left me feeling unheard and gaslit.
Even on debt-related calls, it's essential for representatives to interact with kindness and professionalism. People in these situations are often already feeling vulnerable or stressed, and the tone and approach of those handling the calls can make a significant difference. The lack of empathy and accountability I experienced here is unacceptable. As someone with experience in Legal and Customer Service, I find it bizarre for people in these positions to act this way.
Looking at the other reviews, it appears this is a pattern of behavior. It seems this firm does not care about their reputation or firm identity. Hopefully, I can get this resolved soon and move on.

Horrible customer service from Nichole Duwhatever! She is very rude & pushy to clients and tried to force me to still speak with her after she got loud and nasty with me over the phone. There are some very sweet people that work here but she is a disaster waiting to happen! I even had my grandmother call and she told the other people in the office to direct our calls right to her.
