They are the worst lawyers in Rhode Island. I lasted seven months, waiting for a callback from the lawyer Named Kathy They are very unprofessional they will tell you they will call you and they will never call you back. I have seven months waiting for a call.

This team has been there for my family for so many years, for all diff reasons. They're always a call away, or helpful if we happen to see them in a hallway. I trust them, always have, always will. Joe is such an amazing, caring guy, David, he is a lil Joe to us. Always getting the best outcome. Love you guys. And appreciate all you do!!!!

This has been by far the worst experience I have had with a law firm. This is the second time I go to them for a MVA and the unprofessionalism is outrageous. I brought them my case in November of last year and have been calling them for the last 2 months regarding my case and whoever picks up the phone tells me my demand is out but I can never speak to the attorney handling my case. For 2 months they're telling me my demand is out like really? When I demand to speak to my attorney I get told she will call me back and she never does. I call multiple times a day and they only say " she's with a client " or " she will call you back " here I am beginning of December a WHOLE YEAR LATER. Still not being able to speak to whom is representing my case. This place is a joke! NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible place! You can call and call but you never receive a phone call back. Then they get the nerve to give you attitude after they confirm everything is going through but back track like youre crazy. The office manager doesn't know how to do her job and the front desk needs to do a better job. The hold time can be over 10 minutes, it's just a unprofessional office and place in general. I would not recommend this place, BEWARE!

Angelica was great to work with from start to finish. She is very personable, attentive, knowledgeable, driven, and detail oriented. We could tell she always had our best interest in mind. She always returned phone calls the same day, and never left us in the dark. There were a few delicate factors of our case, and she handled them with compassion and poise. She went above and beyond working to ensure the best possible outcome, and she delivered. We were placed in good hands.
