This place has been harassing me with court threats and letters over a tiny debt under $1000 that I couldn't pay because I lost my job and still can't because my new job barely pays me enough to live. Now I'm out on TDI and they're STILL sending me court threats in the mail. What money are you looking for there isn't any Only debt collector I have ever dealt with who harasses me like this.

I've dealt with this office twice and both times found them completely incompetent push-overs. Not only do they not advocate to the best of their ability for their clients, but they're consistently brushing clients and customers off, not providing adequate information nor following up to be sure there's complete understanding or clarity. They tend to be more of a 2nd rate debt collector than an actual attorney firm. Stay clear of this business.

Horrible customer service. If you manage to reach a member of the staff after being on hold for a long time, the information they provide is vague. We were expecting a refund of an overpayment. They said they mailed two checks. It's been over 20 days. We called again and they said it can take a while. Still no checks and I'm on hold again waiting to speak with someone.

This firms representative was 3 hours late for court! (2024) Also, I just received paperwork with the notary stamped with the date of January 28,2025. Covering their own tracks. Post mark for the 7th of February making me miss the objective date. Also was delivered on the 10th with a court date for the 12th. When I called today to see if I could set up a payment plan the women was absolutely unprofessional, condescending, extremely ignorant and rude. Not willing to work with you at all. I can't believe I had to even give them a star. Discussed isn't even the word. Taking copayments away from a 10 year old medically complex warrior nor taking formula away from my 4month old son.

I'm having my wages garnished by this firm and didn't get the notice until after the court case, which I was not informed of. The court order says I had to file an objection by December 26, 2024 and I just received it with the envelope dated January 20, 2025. All the negative reviews seem to make sense given this firms' unlawful practices
