Frank S. Lombardi Law Associates, P.C.

I just received word that Frank Lombardi has agreed to provide me with the documents that I need to reverse the damage that has been done to my family and once I receive these documents free of charge, I will remove this post in it's entirety and share with the public what I found in my investigation of him which will hopefully put an end to the uncertainty of everything in this matter. I went to this law firm on February 18th 2022 after my former lawyer Jina Petrarca referred me to Frank Lombardi because I wanted to overturn the Will of my Aunt because my sister had been mentally manipulating my Aunt and using the techniques of a malignant narcissist to force my Aunt to put her name on all her bank accounts and financial investments so that she could abscond with all of the majority of her estate including a family house that wasn't my Aunt's house to leave to anyone due to a paternity issue, this was the key to proving what my sister was doing. I had acrrued evidence to prove the horrific crimes my sister committed and after Frank Lombardi pulled the property deed records going back 120 years, my sister Maria and I met with him again less than a week later. In this meeting there were all sorts of documents referring to DNA, paternity and other issues and Attorney Lombardi told me and my sister that he had been a estate attorney for over 30 years and a probate court judge for 10 years in Providence and never saw documents like what were attached to the deed and strangely, I could make sense of every document however Attorney Lombardi told me in a phone conversation that he couldn't help me with it. I threatened him and told him that I would be investigating him in the probate courts and in the State House, that if I could make sense of the documents in his office, I could uncover anything he did illegally in his entire career and I would basically nail his coffin shut. His last words to me were, "I know what I need to do." I don't have enough space here to write everything that I have learned about this man in my investigation but I am asking him to release to me the documents from the property deed search for the property in question as there is land that has a house built on it and the land isn't owned by the person who built the house on it and I can't rest until I settle this. I am pleading with him to release the entire contents of this property so that I can do whatever I can to bring closure to this issue myself. I am offering to pay the $250 fee it originally cost him for those records. This is a public plea to help me save my family, he has my phone number on file, I tried to meet with him on September 11, 2025 at noon after making an appointment to see him which he later cancelled. Extremely disappointed in the representation I received. I retained one of their attorneys and not only did they fail to show up to court, but I was left without any real guidance or follow-up. I was advised to refile instead of being properly supported the first time. I was also charged $1,000 for conversations that led to zero results. I understand firms charge hourly, but there's a difference between billable time and what's morally right -- and this felt more like taking advantage than helping a client. I lost a case that mattered deeply because of this firm's negligence and lack of accountability. Their billing practices are questionable, and their follow-through was nonexistent. I would not recommend this firm to anyone going through something important.

I Have Been a client of Frank Lombardi going on 4 years now. Frank and his team and Sarah are amazing to deal with. They stick by you, and answer your questions truthfully. If you are looking for a team to represent you 1000% Frank is it. He always returns phone calls and emails and you are not just a number to him like other lawyers . He goes above and beyond for you. I can truly say I trust him with my sons life with no doubts and I thank him for everything he has done for my family and I.

I went to Mr. Lombardi with a serious issue that was confirmed by documentation by various state and federal agencies. Mr. Lombardi also agreed with their findings. He told me he was going to make a phone call and that should solve the problem. I saw him again weeks later, at an event when he informed me that he hadn't forgotten me. I waited another couple of weeks and left him a voice mail, to which he did not respond. I eventually left an additional voicemail, stating my disappointment in him, not only as an attorney but, a politician, as well. It is weeks later and still, no response. I won't be calling again. I would not recommend him.
