I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I have been waiting for my check for a case for months and they told me to come pick it up that it finally came in and upon my arrival they said they had no idea where it had gone. Anne Fay is an absolute joke to her job and very rude. I do not recommend coming here. The staff never knows what they are doing. They never pick up calls and whenever i ask to speak to someone they are always unavailable. The entire staff is absolutely disgusting and rude. They're entire law firm is a joke.

Chris and Mark Fay were very professional whenever we conducted business with each other. My only complaint was the lack of regular contact or updates on my case. I did feel like I was being left in the dark at times. I chalk it up to my case being quite small in comparison to their other clientele, but nonetheless, Chris and Mark and the office staff always spoke to me with respect and explained the nature of my case and the process in laymen's terms. I recommend their services in the event you get into an accident of some kind and seek fair legal recompense.

Horrible law firm spoke to Chris one time in a year I would call and ask to speak to him & get mark who doesn't know how to do his job & honestly seems slow. I had the money for my car I crashed a whole month because I was doing their job for them & I called in to speak about something else & he asked "hey do you wanna get paid for your car ? "When my check finally came I asked for a reduction on my loan I had taken out & have been waiting damn near a month for the answer they told me they would get the Same day. Going in to sign right now & never will use them again I DO NOT RECOMMEND this law firm they don't even deserve the one .

Absolutely the worst communication with their clients. I had a third party tell me that he had information that I had settled, unbeknownst to me. I call. I email. I text. Not until I threatened to leave bad reviews and contact the BBB did I receive a return call. Unbelievably poor. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I would like to express my disappointment and frustration with the service provided by this law firm, which I believe deserves a zero rating. The service was highly unprofessional. Initially, I had the opportunity to speak with a lady named Wilda. However, thereafter, whenever I called to inquire about the status of my case, the secretary would inform me that no one was available to take my call and would direct me to voicemail. After 5 weeks of me calling them, I decided this was enough and I decided to send a message stating that I no longer required their assistance. I then received a phone call from the lawyer I had been unable to reach, informing me that he would look into my case. Due to the lack of communication and unprofessionalism, I don't recommend Fay Law Associates--also, the Front desk secretary is rude.
