I was not happy that I had to do all the running and faxing paperwork for doctors medical records and I had to make all phone calls to SSD . Every time I called for help from the lawyer I got a lot run around and was even told that I was denied. I only spoke with the actual lawyer a couple times and he told me to call SSD . I just feel like I did all the leg work myself so the lawyer got payed for my work when they did nothing but file the initial application. I should've just did it on my own. A 5 thousand dollar lesson learned. I want to remind you that I have a life threatening illness and all this did was stress me and my wife for a year and 3 months. It's sad that this is allowed for them to say they will help you and then just sit back and collect money from someone who doesn't know how much time I have left. I am very disappointed !

Very friendly and they explain everything to you every step of the way and you can understand it all. Commutation is great with them. I would definitely use them again. Great customer service. My lawyer and his assistants were wonderful and they make you feel comfortable and that your case is important and that meant alot to me.
