I have had two experiences with this firm. Once was with custody where all they could do for me was give me advice over the phone leaving me to fend for myself in the court room where I faced possible jail time for tardies to my daughters school and not paying my ex-wife's lawyer. The second time I was fighting to keep my home after Santander an international bank refused to put my name on the home after my father passed and completely ignored the fraud that had occured when I was filing for a loan modification. This time North Penn helped by filling out an answer letter and then left me to fend for myself in the court room when defending against an international bank. Thanks North Penn.

I called just about a week ago. The intake girl was very polite and had a lawyer call me within 2 days. The lawyer took the time to listen about my issue. She needed some information emailed to her and within a couple days, I received a copy of what she sent to the person I was having problems with.

So far they have been VERY helpful. We are a paycheck to paycheck family and dispite our financial situation they do not treat us any different. They are helpful and kind and they have worked really hard on my case. I am thankful for people like them.

Whoever answers the phones here is completely unprofessional and rude. My mother called for services to help with a custody case and they lady completely blew her off and was rude. Horrible customer service skills. What kind of company has clients come to them for help and you just turn them away? disgusting.
