I unfortunately had the experience of interacting with Michael J. Kizis during the closing of my home. I cannot emphasize enough how unprofessional and disrespectful he was to me. Up until closing day I have never interacted with him and he proceeds to call me and completely blow out of proportion on a phone call. Complaining about my form of payment after I clearly followed his scant directions. Overall, my payment was valid and not nearly a catastrophe as he made it out to be. My phone call with him was an absolute nightmare as he only proceeded to raise his voice and make assumptions about me without ever interacting with me face to face. I would have appreciated to do business with someone oriented on problem solving instead of yelling. I would strongly advise conducting your business with someone that organizes themselves in a professional manner and actually cares to help their clients instead of giving them ultimatums. *This is no reflection on the women who work in his office, who unlike him, actually worked and collaborated with me. They were attentive and had basic problem solving and communications skills.
