Amy made a very large fine and a lien on our property go away for me. $168k for a county code violation that was ignored by the previous property owner for almost a year. The county tried to get us to still pay $2k, but Amy made sure that didn't happen. We still have to fix the violation of course, but aren't held responsible for the previous owners blowing off the county.
