I hired Maknoon & Associates, LLC to represent my loved one, and I truly could not have asked for a better attorney. Mr. Maknoon took the case at the very last minute and in another county, yet he still went above and beyond in every way. He even traveled to visit my loved one on a holiday just to make sure he felt comfortable with his representation. He prioritized his court dates, stayed on top of everything, and was always prompt in answering my many emails and phone calls. He was never annoyed with me -- even when I called or emailed back to back -- and he always made sure I understood everything. His patience and professionalism meant so much to me during such a stressful time. His staff is also amazing. A special shout-out to George, who was always polite, kind, and incredibly helpful. I am very grateful for Attorney Maknoon. I recommend him to anyone for anything -- he is dedicated, compassionate, and truly cares about his clients. Hired Jon to work on a case. He and the firm were wonderful! every step of the way. He made sure we were 100% prepared for our pretrial hearing. And we were completely satisfied with the outcome. I would like to say Attorney Jon Maknoon has been probably the best attorney I have met. I was police officer for about 17 years and have dealt with attorneys that honestly didn't care about clients other than pay check. I never thought that my family would ever need attorney, but here we are. I have autistic daughter with mentality from 9-13-year-old. She met couple people that talked her into doing something with no knowledge that a crime was being committed. After she was arrested, I knew she needed attorney from Pa as we live in Ohio. We called probably 10 attorneys, and all advised they would call us back next day. Jon, secretary answered phone listened and contacted Jon while he was rushing his dog to vet. He not only called once but several times while trying to get info for us since we couldn't find out much info. All I seen was my daughter being handcuffed and crying on security camera at her house with her caretaker there. We have appeared twice for pretrial. I've never seen someone determined as Jon was to try and protect my daughter. This guy genuinely cares. He has been very fair on the charges. He has treated my daughter like someone in his family not in court system. My family honestly thanks you Jon. I could say now if we ever needed attorney with family or friends here in Ohio, I would tell them pay Jon to come Ohio he will do great job. Pa residents are lucky to have him in their state. Usually I wouldn't put my name all the way out on the internet but my name is Josh Devlin I have known John for 10+ years since my first time getting into trouble and I have dealt with every big name lawyer you can name who people think are guns. And I won't even drop any names to discredit anyone but I'm telling you this the first time I got to see him in action it was nothing like anything I had seen before and this isn't a guy who on the day of your trial or hearing pulls out 5 wrong envelopes until he finds yours he treats these cases like it's his own family fighting them so u can go with Ken haber or Lee rothman or the list goes on and on I have seen them all and I would never even think twice about anyone else representing me but him so do yourself a favor and call him or show up on your day and deal with somebody that has to read your file 5 minutes before you go in front of a judge

Dealing with a difficult situation for myself and family Mrs. Eschenbaugh has been the most amazing lawyer from beginning to end. On top of everything and genuinely cared about my family and situation which I never expected. I always knew what was going on and what to expect and had every question or concerned answered. I could not recommend her enough. 10/5 stars
