Sandra M. Stepkovitch

I have not personally retained Sandra Stepkovitch as a private attorney however, I have been personally injured by Sandra. In the short period of time Sandra has acted as counsel in a matter that involves me, she has managed to repeatedly practice unethical behaviors. This would include discriminatory behavior, retaliatory behavior and dishonest behavior. Sandras zealous and aggressive representation has no moral standard. It truly saddens me that an individual would spend so many years to further their education and become a lawyer only to completely lose sight of what justice means. Apart from her profession, I do not know Sandra personally however, her unprofessional demeanor has spoken volumes about her character. Attorneys usually are held in the highest standard, over time that standard has seriously disintegrated. The judicial foundation of this country is decrepit and decayed. I am not bitter about my encounter with Sandra and this is not an attempt to degrade her. It is important to advocate for victims not exploit them. Integrity should never be compromised for money. No one should ever experience the detrimental effects of a malicious attorney. All individuals should have the same moral compass to be zealous for truth no matter your profession. The greatest injustice is an attorney that has an indifference for the value of another human life.

She represented me in a criminal case where I was the victim. She was paid in full and at the hearing never once even came over to me to discuss anything that was going on. I was there for two hours in a hall speaking and negotiating everything on my own with the courts. After I confronted her she was dishonest with me about her interaction with people in the court. I basically had no representation at all and when I requested a refund she continued to lie about who she spoke to on my behalf even though I already confirmed with all the parties involved (DA's, Court Administrators, Arresting Officers) that she in fact did not speak to any of them on my behalf before I even left the court house. I would not recommend this attorney for any case especially since I was the victim and didn't even technically need representation. She refuses to refund my money and continues to lie about her interaction with people in the court system and never even attempted to talk to me the day of the hearing. I feel she is a poor excuse of an attorney. I only gave 1 star because it would not let me post this with NO star.

Sandy is the attorney you need to go to if you have any criminal legal problems. She has done a spectacular job in representing me during my proceedings in the justice system of Lackawanna county

Both me and my husband used Sandra once so far but will be using her again. She responds to emails and phone calls, explains things and is willing to do some research to look into things. Would definitely recommend.

Didn't help me with CDL ticket.
