Rip off. Called in for free consultation and was not made aware beforehand that there is no free consultation for the matter I called in about. I was led to believe the consultation was free because that is what I specifically asked for. Julie scheduled my consultation knowing that I asked for a FREE consultation and failed to advise me that the consultation would not be free. I spoke with Mr. Ferrario for 19 minutes, at the end of our conversation which I find the advice given bared no insight to a resolution, he stated he would be sending me a bill. What?!.. I explained to him the conversation I had with Julie, how I assumed the consultation was free because that is what I inquired about when I called and she did not implicate otherwise that the consultation would not be free as well as failed to provide information on what the consultation would cost before scheduling. Mr. Ferarrio also did not provide any information about a payment agreement, consultation fee at the start of our conversation, forcing me to pay a rate that I had no acknowledgment of beforehand. If I had known the consultation amount I would of not proceeded with the consultation, because I requested a free consultation. I had just finished explaining my circumstances that I cannot financially afford daily essential needs to survive like a place to live because of my financial obligations for child support and this man completely ripped me off. I understand that attorneys need to be paid for their time but clients need to be properly informed of any payment agreement and fees before their time begins otherwise you're just setting a person up blindly and how ethical is that? A friend of mine whom is an attorney recommended me to this attorney and I am applaud by what I experienced today. God sees all!

Attorney ferrario is one of the nicest down to earth people you will ever meet when you need his help. He takes his time explains all your options and has your back when you need him. You've heard of five star restaurants this is a five-star attorney!
