I was in a car accident way back a friend referred me to Tom munley saying he was indeed the best lawyer around so I gave him a shot and indeed he was the best lawyer around not only did he let me know every step of the way what was going on he always awnsered my calls all the time and if he couldn't he made sure to call me back right away he was also very caring and compassionate about getting me all that I deserve so when they said he's the best around that was an understatement cause he was truly the best there is he's not only great as a lawyer he's also a good friend now any time I need legal advice I call him he never steers me in the wrong direction this is the only law firm I would trust to handle life decisions for me thank you for all you guys do

Back in 2017 into 2018 Attorney Kroiak handled my husband's lawsuit against his employer due to a work injury. When I say that we barely had to do anything at ALL except update his paralegal (who was beyond fantastic) whenever Charles had a new appointment because they would update the entire file just for a check-up. Whenever his para needed information, she usually dealt with me because my husband isn't the best when it comes to talking on the phone. Now I am a mom of multiple kids and her name has currently slipped my mind, i remember having a couple little spats because I was post partum from having twins, and she was just trying to do her job. If I were her I probably would have refused to deal with me going further. Instead she forgave me every time and she was just extremely good at her job. Now Atty Krowiak? Let's just say his office , his intelligence, his staff- they ..did..not..let..us..down. I actually wish I wrote this review sooner, but it came to my mind because right now we have a VERY serious case that will absolutely not disappoint his law office or partners because it's not a case that can be ignored. It's bigger than my husbands injury which to this day still aches constantly. Before I turn to any other law offices I am praying to the Lord above , or to the angels, or nature or whatever you believe in , that this office calls and hears our case. It's jaw droppers to the max, and I knew that there was no one else I wanted for this case. Not because I'm a money hungry, sue crazy woman - if anything I've been avoiding taking this to court and possibly the media. Now my family is in a situation where we have absolutely no other option --and I couldn't think of someone who could handle a case like ours with the attention to detail which is what always falls through the cracks ( in my opinion) and those are the cases that lose. This firm does NOT let any piece of detail get missed or overlooked. That is why I truly think they are the best.

I've delt with Tom and Ed during various portions of my case. I was dealing with Tom and when part of my case was turned over to Ed I was initially a little nervous (this was because my case moved into an area where Ed was their expert to serve me better not any issues with Tom) but I was comfortable speaking with Tom and the change was a little unexpected at first. It turns out my nerves were completely unwarranted. Tom is an exceptional example of what this firm offers but it turns out it's not just Tom, Dealing with Ed was great as well!! If you want a firm where you are a person not just a case name, and somone who will listen to your concerns where you can feel comfortable and have a team that will really fight to make sure your bills are paid and you are compensated for injuries look no further. Dealing with these guys has been wonderful, I call and get a real person who knows my case to speak with. Emails and calls are answered 99% of the time same day and any questions or concerns I have are explained in a way I understand. I have no issues now if I get a call I can't answer saying "you need to speak with my lawyer, and giving this name" knowing I have confidence that somone who knows what their doing and has my best interest at heart, while I focus on recover and getting back to my life has been such a weight off my shoulders. I am an honest power reviewer on Google. I have to do one for this law firm. Mr Eagen was my attorney. I had got his name from a friend and, thank God I did. He said from the start I shouldn't have an issue. He showed compassion and also raises your spirits and reduces stress by assuring you things will be better than you think. Now, my problem was I defended my family from an aggressor, stalker and antagonist for over 6 months. Next thing I know it was on the news and, I was being brought up on charges. I was being brought up on charges for assault and one other offence. I was plastered all over the fox 56 and news watch 16 news for a more serious offences, making me look like something I was not, or never even was. Here is where the experience, trust and confidence of Mr. Eagen pays off. He got everything resolved at my hearing and, I didn't even see one day of probation or jail time, just a small fine. My family and I are greatly in debt to this attorney. He was excellent at litigating my charges with the DA to just a summary offence...like a speeding ticket is called..He showed a great deal of confidence, professionalism, and experience being in a courtroom workgroup. My wife and I truly would recommend this attorney and the firm for all your legal needs. If you have any issues, call these folks. I am really grateful for having such good friends who gave me his number. My name is cleared and my stress is basically gone. That itself is worth the fee's let alone I am home with my family and not in jail for a year or two.

Atty Krowiak is very personable. He's nothing like the stereo type attorneys. He explains everything, is caring, and believe it or not...he's not all about the Benjamin out of YOUR pocket. Rates and fees are minimal. And I can't forget Beth. Super intelligent and helpful.
