Attorney Foley who I spoke with, AFTER filling out an online form and then repeating it all to the intake person, got on the phone and in between his loudly chewed bites of food, asked me AGAIN what I needed and then proceeded to interrupt me to rudely tell me "we don't have time to evaluate your case" even though there is a full month before the two year statute for filing runs out. I said thanks so much and hung up. I was CLEARLY interrupting his afternoon snack, which must have made him hangrier than he already was. Anyway, lesson learned....they aren't interested in you (during snack time) unless you file YEARRRRSSS ahead of time (and again, during snack time). The more you know, attorney seekers. Seek elsewhere! ***EDITED TO ADD (4-19-25)*** Although Mr. Foley couldn't be bothered to take a break from eating to speak with me on the phone, he COULD take time to type a two page letter and send it certified to me, condescendingly explaining how lawsuits work AND asking that I retract this review. NOTHING I said in the review is false, therefore there is no need to remove it. Only false statements need to be retracted. I feel taking time to send a certified letter to me was meant to be intimidating and regardless, it was highly UNprofessional. His certified letter only goes to further my belief it would be best for attorney seekers to look elsewhere.

I strongly recommend The Foley law firm to anyone in need of legal assistance. Tom Jr and the Foley team, are exemplary in every aspect of law and client care. Throughout a 5 year battle with the defendants (which was no fault at all to Foley law firm) Mike and his Father Tom jr Kevin, Laura and Michelle maintained strong communication and never left me in the dark. I was represented by Mike Foley and I have nothing but praise for the man! He's hard working and very honest. He fought my comp claim every time the insurance company put up a hurdle. It took awhile,but Mike never gave up and I pretty much got what I needed!! I've dealt with lawyers my entire life,I'm 59,and Mike Foley is the best by far! You need a fighter for your rights? I can't say enough about this firm and the way they handled my workeman comp case. Every time there was a hurdle Michael Foley took care of it.The insurance company will try everything-to not pay your hospital bills your wages even your medications cost it never took more then one phone call to fix I would highly recommend this firm and Michael Foley to anyone who looking a professional and knowledgeable law group .Thank you again for making sure my medical treatment and my wages went uninterrupted

The person I spoke with was so incredibly rude and demeaning. I'm in disbelief that they would treat someone so rudely when they are telling you the horror and suffering they experienced.
