Waste of time and money, disorganized, unprofessional, When my wife and I decided to go to another accountant Kathleen charged us close to $200 for filing an extension and one phone call; then she told us we had to pay or she would not give us our tax paperwork back. My wife and I never agreed upon her fee schedule prior to her doing any work for us and only saw her rates four months into "working" with her. I would not recommend her to anyone; she has very poor communication with her client.
