Quick, seamless, but very expensive! I received 5 letters from local attorneys pursing the opportunity to represent my case. JP Ward was the first letter I received and I went with them - at 50% the debt. Days later, I received 4 other offers at 20-35% the costs. One letter from JP Ward to the court resulted in the debtor withdrawing the case. Yes, that's a bit of a win for me but realizing I could have settled for less than 50% with the debtor, or going with another law firm at nearly 50% JP Wards costs to challenge the lawsuit (as they put it, the debtor doesn't want to go to court so any legal pushback likely would have likely worked), I do regret jumping with JP ward as quick as I did; (I'm broke - hence the debt. But JP Ward charging based on on the 'debt savings' and not their 1-letter legwork still keeps me broke..just for less time). Any debt consolidation company would have charged the same. But I'm still satisfied with their response time and of course, the results. And yes, I'd pay $300 at a dentist to get my tooth pulled. The difference is if they wear a $50 watch or a $5,000 watch that tells the same time. They all went through the same training. The difference is how much they'd take advantage of their clients vulnerability. I appreciate their 10 years of education to represent their hundreds, if not thousands of clients each year at 50% their debt, not for the hours of work they're doing. Previous education has already been paid many times over. Sounds like a very emotional team over there based on their reply to my post after asking me to rate and review (don't solicit my opinion if you don't want my honest opinion)!

After I received a letter from JP Ward with interest to represent me in my case I was a bit skeptical. However after reviewing the information and speaking with the company and going over the details I decided to give them a shot . They won my case hands down with flying colors .
