I was very pleased with the outcome of my workers compensation claim settlement. The team handling my case was very professional and informative. Wonderful and caring firm! Pond Lehocky Giordano helped my sister get Social Security Disability. She was in and out of hospitals, with many doctor's appointments. They always made sure that social security received all her medical records and stayed up to date with her condition. They maintained continual contact with her the entire time and made sure that she always knew the status of her case. When she was unable to talk with social security directly, they did all the communications on her behalf. 2016 I called this law firm after a bad lower back and other medical issues were the reason I had to accept an ordinary disability retirement. I was a New Jersey corrections officer with 20 years of commendable work history. Nj corrections officers can't return to work on " light duty " because it's a prison. You are either full duty or do to medical reasons your only option is to retire. My back was a pre-existing condition and I received an ordinary retirement that pays out 40% which equals 28,800 a year. I called pond Lehocky after watching there " we fight for you" talk. Well... The truth is my case was given to a male freshman out of law school. I never met my inexperienced attorney Anthony until the day I went before the social security disability attorney who approved 53% of the disability cases which is high approval rate. I meet my attorney 10 minutes before I go infront of the judge. I'm trying to discuss my case with Anthony the inexperienced attorney and he wants to talk about his Henna art on his hands. Needless to say didn't win. Oh yeah. He called me 3 days before my court appearance.. ( it took 2 years to get a court date. Anthony knew nothing about my case which concerned me. Basically what they do is take any case they think they have a 30% chance of winning and hood for the best. If you throw enough crap on the wall some will stick. In my opinion. Pond Lesucky stinks! Find an attorney that only does social security disability and not a disability farm where they take any case and give your case to newbie attorneys who are incompetent.
