My case has been settled. The sent a check to my house and no one was there to sign for it. The check was sent back to to Messa and associates. Now no one will return my phone calls or emails. It's going on 3 months trying to get them to resend the check. Will give them a few more then will file with the State Bar for Theft !

Seeing his commercial reminded me of the most awful experience ever in an already painful wrongful death in our family. From the lack of sincerity from the beginning with no communication even with a family member working there !! With a two year time frame to get something filed, we chased the office making phone calls everyday, sometimes multiple calls a day without any responses. They took the case then never followed up. EVER!! We later found out the the attorney that the case was handed to left so things got lost in the shuffle. Joe finally answered our call and told us "he owed us" to find an expert for our case to show merit so that we could file before we ran out of time. He claimed he tried his best but wasn't successful anD apologized. WHAT A CROCK!! He dropped the ball and then lied. Miraculously I found a real attorney who more than cared. Found two experts that validated our case and made settlement for us. Mind you, my new attorney only had two weeks to get that all done since Joe let the clock run out. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS UNCARING FIRM. His commercial is a joke.
