The attorneys have been great. However, I have had the most unpleasant experience dealing with their actual office. I've reached out to Jessica Harris three times, and now left a voicemail to get back to me. It's really unfortunate because this experience was great until this. I didn't receive an email back the first time I sent one, so I called. She said she would get it to me. Then when she didn't again, I emailed them. I still haven't gotten an answer back. It's literally my own documents and settlement? I don't understand why there is no timeline or transparency in this. Super unprofessional and inconsiderate.
