I didn't read the reviews prior to signing a year and half ago. Yes they were great the 1st week the investigator showed up at my house! Then what?? Months & months go by no contact. That's what the reviews say'-- you hear on the radio go with another attorney! Terminate an attorney you're going to pay for work they claim they did. Or just continue to sit and wait and expect nothing! That's what the reviews say. In reality I was looking at attorney's a year & half ago & some how this firm contacted me right away & showed up right away! That communication stoped after signing and that's exactly what the reviews say! With that being said, I am hoping to give a better review at the end of my case. I understand the court process is lengthy but client-attorneys communication is imperative.

2nd time choosing Ron Clearfield and Associates to handle my case's and both times I won! I am extremely satisficed and I feel they did everything in there power for me. I would recommend again and again.

Horrible horrible horrible. Let's first start off with how rude the phone reception is and how it's hard to talk to her because she will forward your call without any reason. Let's talk about how I started my case with them in January I had three people that was assigned to Mr. Keith as an assistant resigned to them work my case. None of the assistant was up on my information about what hospital I started, if I started pt and more. Not to mention every other now and then I would get a call from a young male receptionist who never gave my information to Keith because I was told by him he never received anything. I was told about a loan opportunity against my case and I ask about it and was denied a certain amount because of the negligence of the assistants not putting my information in the database or the system where ever it goes. I called today with all my frustration after waiting two weeks to get a phone call back about all the issues in hand, not only did Keith insult my intelligence but was also being sarcastic about me asking for help. I got called by this weird number today after trying to ask what was going on with my case, was told it was a lawyer from the case then, after calling the office Keith so-called lied saying it wasn't him. This had been the most frustrating horrible embarrassing experience I ever had in my life. Not only has this been my first case ever like this but my back is messed up for life. I knew winning was ever but would have been great. I looked pass all the horrible reviews just to see I wasted 6 months of my life on nothing that was consistent but my PT appointments. Now I'm left now knowing what to do and 33 with back pain for the rest of my life !!!!! But only I care!!!

I called mr. Ron Clearfield and he was very patient and understanding. He sent an investigator name Mr.Rich who came to my house, he was very professional and knowledgeable and helped me through the process so far it's been a non-stressful experience thank you.
