Kilkenny Law has repeatedly refused to provide public records with disgraceful responses. Responses such as misspelling their clients (municipalities) names incorrectly, falsely citing RTK request wording, and claiming requested entities do not possess documents they are legally required to possess. This entity has a serious conflict of interest being run by the Montgomery County Sheriff.

I had first hired an attorney at another firm that did not take the time to understand my case, go over things with me in detail and showed up 5 mins before court started where he confused facts. Not only did this aggrivate the court, but myself as a client as well. I fired that counsel and was referred to John Walko who does not usually focus on criminal cases such as this. Mr. Walko took the time to understand my case before he was even hired. Although Mr Walko does not typically focus on criminal law, he took on my case. Once hired he did his diligence to understand the facts and the law behind the events that took place. If I called with questions of confusion he took the time to answer all questions, explained possible outcomes and went over his approach. There were no surprises as the case went through the process. This case from the time of the even to the finalization took nearly two years. The outcome was one that had a very small chance of occurring as Mr. Walko continuously prepped me for the probability of possibility. The court ruled in my favor and stated to myself that the argument set forth by Mr Walko was the reasoning behind his decision and I that I had great legal counsel. I could not agree more and I am thankful of not only the outcome, but in the manner in which everything was handled. Mr Walko is the type of attorney who handles cases with his integrity and heart as a human rather than his wallet. Thank you Mr Walko for the time you gave over and over again and the amount of energy you put into my case to see that justice prevailed. I'm my opinion not only am I thankful to have had his services Kilkenny Law should be thankful to have such a valuable asset on their firm.
