Attempted to hire him for a civil case motion for reconsideration. Ended up giving him an initial payment of $500. No receipt was given. Never heard from him. Extremely hard to get a hold of him. I did once and he confused me with someone else. Then he got completely ghosted me. He didn't do a single thing for me. Horrible experience. SCAM

What a Scam Artist. Hired for for custody case in Phila. Paid 2k+ retainer. He didn't do anything. I had to fill out my own paper work, and submit it to the courts myself. Then after ghosting me on a very time sensitive situation he told me he didn't want to work in Phila. and tried to recommend me to someone else. Due to his lack of concern or competency, obviously I fired him and requested my retainer back which he refused stating he cannot offer refunds for work he's done. Now I've had to hire another lawyer for my custody case, and one to sue him for my retainer back. DONT USE THIS SCAMMER. THERE ARE WAY BETTER, MORE TRUSTWORTHY LAWYERS IN NORRISTOWN/MONTGOMERY COUNTY

Worst experience ever. I was being pushed onto another lawyer by Mr. Fabick and his secretary because of Mr. FABICK and his secretary not being on the same page. Mr. Fabick accepted my child custody case knowing it was in philadephia county. His secretary gave me all the paperwork to fill out and then I (myself) had to go down to philadephia family court to Turn in the package. The only thing Mr. Fabick DID DO was let me know that he wasn't going to return the remainder of my retainer because they had done some work (which they really didn't) I don't recommend this human to anyone. You should be ashamed of yourself. I trusted you and you completely took that for granted. As a law enforcement officer and a disabled United States Marine Veteran I believed to be treated with honor and respect; which sadly was not the case.

I'm a grateful and satisfied client Mr. Fabick. Because I chose him over other local attorneys I can sleep at ease. Lengthy process, tedious and under unique circumstances. He kept calm, and honestly I didn't feel stressed and consumed after speaking with him. He explained all to me with dedication and never made me feel that I was a burden. By accepting me he knew that he was facing challenges due to the nature of this case. The teamwork at his office is amazing. Supportive, efficient and after a legal battle they start to feel like family. He communicates with his clients and responds timely.
