3 and a half years ago I made the best decision of my life by choosing Stark & Stark to represent me for a catastrophic injury I went through. My attorney was Carin O'Donnell. She and her team worked very hard all the way to the end so I can get the compensation I deserve. They were very easy to communicate. They made me feel safe during the whole process of the case. Jacklyn Kofman was always there for me via phone calls or emails when I needed any kind of information or help. She's the best. I want to also thank Jill Roth & Valentina Kuzman who worked very hard on my case and showed sympathy and kindness towards me. A huge thank you to Mindy Wajda as well for everything she did. My experience with Attorney Joseph A. Cullen and his law firm, Stark & Stark, located in Yardly, PA, was a very positive experience overall. From the supportive staff, and Attorney Cullen himself, my case was handled with great patience, was informative from day one, and everyone step thereafter, I was kept informed. I felt heard, supported and everyone involved was just a phone call, text or email away at any time thru out the process. Attorney Cullen was a genuinely kind and caring human being, even as he himself experienced a great loss at his firm, of his then administrative assistant, with his firm for many years, Attorney Cullen composed himself, was very professional, he continued to support me through my case, without pause. Attorney Cullen also was in bereavement, having lost a parent during this time, which I can attest to myself personally, is an extremely painful event, if you will, he persevered and continued to demonstrate outstanding support to me, even as I told him he could deal with my situation at his liesure, he continued anyway. He is a very kind, genuinely good person, it has been a great pleasure to have worked with Attorney Cullen and all of the supportive staff in this firm. My case was not an easy case, as the driver who hit me, and upturned my life, was underinsured, my damages, to date, are still present, and ongoing, Attorney Cullen managed my case as though I were the only case he was attending to, I never felt rushed, he was clear in his communication to me, was forthcoming, and helped me through an absolute nightmare, he empathized with me greatly, and there lies the difference between himself and other attorneys, he cared, and let me know that regularly. He afforded me the best outcome possible, in an extremely terrible situation. I had a serious brain injury, requiring he, himself, and staff to have to repeat information over and over, because I would forget, the kindness of everyone involved was nothing short of astounding. I truly, and greatly appreciated his enormous patience with me, I can say, I know it was not an easy feat by any stretch of the imagination and he took the case on successfully, and me...Not an ideal situation for this poor man lol God bless him for having the mental acuity to persevere. lol It is with great pleasure, and confidence, that I recommend Attorney Cullen and his firm, Stark & Stark.
