If you are looking for an attorney that will have open communication, responds in a timely manner and puts their clients first, then this is definitely not the place for you. Unfortunately I discovered that the volume firms just don't seem to be as invested as a single office attorney. I made numerous phone calls- left voice messages, almost 10 emails and even text messages, no response. I even reached out to the initial coordinator, notta. Zilch. Zippo. I understand I'm not the only client, I don't need handholding, it wasn't drastic or frenzied. I simply needed to know what my next step was? Was anything missing for court? Crickets. If you are looking for a litigator that will leave you hanging, you have found the right place! And if you complain about it, you might eventually get a refund. I have 30 years of customer service experience. I have found a place that simply doesn't understand that simple concept. Think long and hard. Do you want a personal touch or do you want to get lost in a machine? Use Google and find another place. You'll thank me later.
