I am only in the very beginning of my legal journey with Lauren, but she has already made such a positive difference in my life. During our in person consultation, I updated Lauren on my current situation including all the events that have transpired leading up to what has become a very ugly custody battle. I was nervous, emotional, and all over the place trying to navigate through everything that has transpired thus far. Despite the overload of information, Lauren patiently listened to everything I had to say with concern, compassion, and empathy. She seemed very adamant in helping me, taking notes during our discussion and even gave herself "homework" for my case. She explained the process and next steps in great detail which included what seemed to be a very organized, effective, and proactive approach. I had a 2ft stack of information and documents that I've worked aggressively hard on over the months and I was so nervous she was going to dismiss it, but instead she asked for ALL of it and assured me it would be observed and utilized. Her professionalism, experience, and knowledge of the law was above par. Within an hour of leaving her office, she had already sent emails stating she was starting on my case. She goes above and beyond as an attorney and even sent a follow up email "checking in" on me, which included words of compassion, empathy, and assurance that she will be fighting hard for me and my children. I can finally breath again knowing that me and my children are now in good hands (despite previous attorneys' falling short) and I'm confident she will work aggressively and effectively to win our case. Lauren is a sweetheart. Very calm under pressure and unexpected questions. I haven't even had her as an attorney (yet) but just the consult was so raw and honest. She was upfront, didn't have any sort of attitude and let me jump around telling our story with such grace. Thank you Lauren ! You're great at what you do.

Viewed a very private medical report of mine that they did not legally obtain nor have my permission to have and even took it and filed it for their client as an exhibit in the case that had nothing to do with me. Not a very ethical thing to do. Thankfully the judge knew exactly how wrong it was and it was thrown out of the case. Still unethical and flat out ignorant.

Lauren and her wonderful staff helped my husband and I through an adoption. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Lauren treated us like family. We were so blessed by this firm. I would recommend them to anyone.

The law group representation was $250/hr, and overall, it seems to be a great choice. The downside comes when you get handed off to another lawyer without realizing that was the plan from the start and then the court hearing doesn't go your way. The prep work, the document fees, and legal expenses add up quickly, so just be prepared to spend way more than expected, because, once you've started the process, you practically have to finish knowing the law group is supporting you because its a business for them. Each case is different, and unfortunately, mine ended badly. Even Lauren emailed afterward offering her true care and likely absolute factual knowledge that it was an absurd ruling. However, after dropping $6k into a simple custody hearing, it made no sense to waste even more knowing I could have agreed to the original terms without wasting money. They work quickly, they work efficiently, and the staff is all great. I would be better prepared with costs and have a much higher budget than you think it may cost.
