This has been a terrible experience for me and my family. If I could give 0 stars, I would. For context, Jason Fine took my case when my father contacted him in early 2021. At that time, I was still a minor, so my dad was the one getting the ball rolling. (My dad told me multiple times how poor the communication was and how, most of the time, Jason would just straight-up ignore him for months on end, not answering any calls or texts.) Anyways, come 2024, Jason calls my dad up and says, "Good news, the case is coming to an end. We should meet to discuss what is happening, and I'll be in contact soon to plan when and where we would meet." Long story short, he never called back or answered any of my dad's calls and texts. After months of trying, my dad finally got ahold of the receptionist, and she informed him that he, in fact, could not talk to Jason about my case because I am an adult now, and it would have to be me that talked to him. So, my dad gave me the number to his office, and finally, I got to speak with him. He gave me his personal number and said we would meet at his office on Thursday, October 23rd, at 1 p.m., and that he would call me an Uber since I had no means of transportation. Well, low and behold, he did not answer any texts or phone calls from me that day, or any day since then. It is now 12/10/25, and still, I know absolutely nothing about my case. It honestly feels as though he is doing this purposely to sabotage the case. I really have no clue. There is no explanation or excuse for what he is doing.
