Poor communication, lack of effort, or interest and lost the case with unnecessary charges being served 24 months on Monitor and 5 years probation for a deceased person unrelated event 3 years before the passing I was charged with aggravated assault, enhance with a deadly weapon she sustained a scratch from an altercation while arguing I should be innocent and yet Hackwelder lead me to believe I'm wrong and guilty. It was a easy case with the body cam of the cop being hearsay and she not present to testify against me we both loved our kids and were continuing to be great parents yet a tragedy of a car accident that took the love of my life The mother of my kids. Mr.Hackwelder did not help but instead used me for a pawn for another case I think.
