Lisa was FANTASTIC. Her staff and herself kept me well informed and answered all of my questions. Easily a 10/10 experience. I have been a paralegal for the last 23 years and I would rate Lisa, her legal assistant and paralegal as one of the best in the Lehigh Valley for adoptions. They answer your questions at night, weekends, etc. I just can't say how happy I am with this outcome. Thank you to Henry R. Newton, Jr., as well for the referral as family law is out of my expertise wheelhouse. Just a great great experience. Highly recommend!

Lisa Spitale has been my custody attorney for over a decade. I have primary custody because of her guidance and expertise. I recommend her to all my friends.

I paid Attorney Blair to represent me as I was dealing with possession charges. I chose him due to prior rapport. In the beginning, he seemed all in and "eager" to assist. As time went on, phone calls and messages weren't returned and questions went blatantly unanswered and he seemed to always be on some sort of vacation. He then became uninterested and I felt as if he didn't want to fight for me and just wanted me to take any deal that was presented. In his words he didn't want to "upset" the ADA at the time with certain requests I was asking him to make on my behalf. What upset me the most is that he was updating me on my case in the back of the court, on my court date, instead of answering my calls and emails, which I found to be highly unprofessional. I then found another lawyer who presented mitigating factors and I ended up with a way better deal than Tyree wanted me to initially take. He wanted me to do time when I didn't have to given all that had transpired through broken promises. If you want a lawyer that looks and smells good and "knows everyone" Tyree is your guy. If you want someone to fight for you and have your best interest at heart, go somewhere else, Tyree isn't the one. He wants you to take the first deal and move on. Needless to say, I'm out 5k Sucks I have to write this because genuinely he's a nice guy but not a great Attorney.

My experience with Spitale Vargo Madsen & Blair Law attorneys was excellent in my custody. My attorney, Lisa gave me attention that was needed. One day popped up 2 days till court. They were ready. I was a mess and probably not the easiest client. It's still on going, so far their successful in court has been outstanding. I was referred by another attorney who has retired. He was a calming and confident that I was in good hands. He nailed it.. I very much appreciate the knowledge and support I received by this firm. I thank you all.

Madsen is an incompetent loser. He was so confused with anything we brought to him. The case was complicated but should have been handled by a lawyer with understanding or he should not have taken the case at all. He was used for divorce, custody and criminal matters. And failed in every single one of them. Over paid for no outcome. He did not show up and sent a female who was the only one to win anything for us. He did not understand the criminal matters in a CDL ticket case.ended up in loss of license even though he promised the deal would not, because he did not understand the penalties to the agreed deal. He later excused himself from the case because he didn't feel as though he could help anymore. *** I was not represented by this law firm....But I was there every step of the way. Viewed every email, correspondence and invoice along with being in the office with complaints. Been in the court room for every single appearance, even when Madsen himself didn't show up.
