I had hired Ashley Passarello initially for custody special relief at first.. She showed late to our hearing to the point the court made me call the office because the judge was ready. I paid a retainer for divorce and as I am emailing Ashley about things, she had finally called me and started out with we can get to your email but she had a "list" of concerns from my ex-husband who she continued to take phone calls for but could not call me at all until days after the calls. Brian Grabill returned an upset phone call from me due to this issue, he called me by the wrong name.. I had decided to give it another shot even after that because who wants to deal with spending thousands of dollars again. Well, does not fail. Ashley emailed me about a court hearing I had no idea about. They had told me the hearing would be end of September it was in 7 days. Whilst emailing me about this hearing I did not know SHE SPELLED MY NAME WRONG. How do you feel about giving thousands of dollars to people to help you in a really bad time in life and they can not even get your name right. Embarrassing. Do not recommend.
